If the client decides to cancel a project after it has been initiated, the following conditions will apply:

- Cancellation within 24 hours of project initiation: The client is eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.

- Cancellation after 24 hours of project initiation: The client will not be eligible for a refund, and any advance payment made will be forfeited.

1.2. Rescheduling:

If the client wishes to reschedule the project start date, we will make every effort to accommodate the request based on availability and workload. However, rescheduling is subject to our discretion and may incur additional fees or require adjusting the project timeline.

2. Cancellation by Gesmk for Development:

2.1. Non-Performance:

In the event that Gesmk for Development is unable to perform the agreed-upon services outlined in the project scope due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made.

2.2. Termination:

Gesmk for Development reserves the right to terminate a project in the following circumstances:

- Non-compliance: If the client fails to comply with the agreed-upon terms and conditions, or if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or abusive, we reserve the right to terminate the project without refund.

- Non-payment: If the client fails to make the agreed-upon payments within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to terminate the project without refund.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only applicable in accordance with the conditions stated in this cancellation policy.

3.2. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be according to refund policy .
